Telos is a private genome report app I built for friends and family. You upload a raw DNA file, and it analyzes the whole genome with standard research tools: ClinVar/ACMG variant screening, PharmCAT for how your genes affect medications, polygenic scores, and ADMIXTURE/RFMix ancestry against the 1000 Genomes + HGDP reference panels. It then explains each finding in plain language and labels how confident it is. Raw DNA never goes to an AI. You can hand a privacy-safe summary to any chatbot to talk it through, or link relatives to trace a variant through your family tree.
